Upstream provide credit control services for any Business that sells goods or services. As a market leading SME in Northern Ireland, Upstream is in a unique position of providing appropriate working capital solutions to SMEs across the province. Tired of their existing premises, we were asked to provide a new floor plan and fitout for a new location.
The Brief
The brief was to create a space to offer services of a bank without the typical bank vibe inside. Impressive but relaxing reception area and several soft meeting rooms to offer an inviting experience for clients. Our Whitespace team designed a space for both clients and employees where the team would feel motivated and excited to work. We removed the cellular offices and created an open plan workspace allowing the team to collaborate and work efficiently with planters acting as partitioning and storage plotted throughout. We provided glass & stud partitioning, electrical works, data cabling installation, flooring, specialist joinery and plumbing works. Our design team incorporated specific colour and textiles making each space a representation of Upstream’s new company branding. We really enjoyed this project and our client was delighted also.
